Aslan Brewing Companyとのコラボで誕生した本場西海岸スタイルのIPAです。ピルスナーモルトのみのシンプルな構成に、3種のホップを組み合わせて楽しい個性を表現しました。水質の硫酸塩比率を高めに設定することで、よりシャープでクリスプなキレのある喉越しに仕上げています。

This authentic West Coast-style IPA was created in collaboration with Aslan Brewing Company. We’ve combined three types of hops with a simple recipe using only Pilsner malt to create a fun, distinctive character. By setting the sulfate content in the water to a higher level, we’ve achieved a sharper, crisper finish with a clean, refreshing aftertaste.
