山梨産の梅50kgとすもも150kgをふんだんに用いた、17ヶ月熟成のウィートストロングエール。りんごや蜂蜜、花を思わせる熟成の香りに、熟れた梅の甘いアロマ、すももの酸み、ぶどうの皮のようなタンニンが重なります。発酵によるドライな口当たりとオーク樽の余韻が静かに締めくくる一杯です。
