ミーダリーのアンテロープとのコラボレーションで誕生したミードです。ベトナム産蜂蜜の穏やかな甘みをベースに、ときがわ町産のはっさくとクロモジの清涼感ある香りを重ねました。はっさくの瑞々しい柑橘感とほのかな苦味が蜂蜜のコクと溶け合い、2種のホップによる白ブドウのような香りがさらなる奥行きを添える一杯です。

This mead was created in collaboration with Meadary’s Antelope. Built on the gentle sweetness of Vietnamese honey, it features the refreshing aromas of Hassaku citrus and Kuromoji from Tokigawa Town. The Hassaku’s juicy citrus notes and subtle bitterness blend with the honey’s richness, while the white-grape-like aroma from two types of hops adds further depth to this drink.
