静岡市丸金農園の章姫いちごを贅沢に使用した注目のIPA。ピルスナーやウィートモルトをベースにイチゴ果汁やラクトース、オーツ麦を加え、まるでイチゴミルクのようなまろやかさを表現しました。ホップの持つベリーや柑橘の香りと甘酸っぱいイチゴが見事に調和する一杯です。

A highly anticipated IPA made with a generous amount of Akihime strawberries from Marukin Farm in Shizuoka City. Using Pilsner and wheat malt as a base, we’ve added strawberry juice, lactose, and oats to create a smoothness reminiscent of strawberry milk. This beer beautifully balances the berry and citrus aromas of the hops with the sweet-and-tart flavor of strawberries.
