MONGOL800キヨサクとOneSpiritによるジンプロジェクトから着想を得たサワーセゾン。沖縄産レモングラス、シークヮーサー、ジュニパーベリーなどのボタニカルを発酵段階で丁寧に漬け込み、柑橘の清涼感とスパイシーな香りが重層的に広がります。非常にドライで、すっと飲み進められる軽やかな仕上がりです。

A sour saison inspired by the gin project collaboration between MONGOL800’s Kiyosaku and OneSpirit. Botanicals such as Okinawan lemongrass, shikuwasa, and juniper berries are carefully steeped during the fermentation process, creating a complex interplay of citrusy freshness and spicy aromas. It has a very dry, light finish that goes down smoothly.
