This Berliner Weisse is a modern reinterpretation of the traditional German wheat beer. We used wheat for nearly 50% of the ingredients and shortened the boil time to create a body that complements the fruit flavors. Instead of artificial syrups, we used lime and pomegranate, resulting in a drink perfect for summer with its vivid acidity and refreshing flavor.
