ウイスキーにも似たヴァニラ香、濃厚な蜂蜜や、金木犀を思わせるような妖魅な香り、一口口に含むと広がる芳醇な味わいに、鼻を抜けていく、長い余韻が続きます。最後に口にの中に残る味わいには、しっかりとジンの表情がうかがえます。ストレートやロックでの飲み方がおすすめですが、ウィスキーベースのカクテルなどにこの木樽熟成のジンを使うのもおすすめです。

The final taste is a long, lingering aftertaste that passes through the nose.
